Terms of Service

Last updated: June 25, 2026

These Terms explain how you may use Recasto and what you are responsible for when you bring materials into the product, generate drafts, and publish or reuse content.

1. Using Recasto

Recasto helps you turn notes, files, images, links, product details, and past content into marketing plans, drafts, schedules, and follow-up workflows. These Terms apply when you use the Recasto website, dashboard, free tools, and related services.

By using Recasto, you agree to use the service only for lawful business, creative, marketing, and productivity purposes.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the information you provide when creating or using an account. Keep your login method secure and tell us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

You may not use Recasto to impersonate another person, misrepresent your business, or access another user's workspace without authorization.

3. Your materials

You keep ownership of the materials you upload or paste into Recasto, including notes, images, links, documents, product details, messages, and campaign references.

You give Recasto permission to process those materials so we can provide the service, generate drafts, organize campaigns, improve workflow quality, troubleshoot issues, and keep the service secure.

You are responsible for making sure you have the rights and permissions needed to upload, reuse, publish, or share any material you provide.

4. Generated drafts and publishing

Recasto may generate plans, captions, templates, summaries, replies, tags, descriptions, and other marketing outputs. These outputs are drafts and should be reviewed before you publish, send, or rely on them.

You are responsible for checking generated content for accuracy, claims, prices, availability, legal compliance, platform rules, and brand fit.

If you connect publishing channels or use scheduling features, you authorize Recasto to take the actions you choose, such as preparing, scheduling, or publishing selected content.

5. Free tools

Recasto offers free tools for tasks such as product copy, SEO snippets, tags, developer utilities, artist statements, captions, and outreach drafts. Free tool outputs are provided for convenience and may require editing.

We may change, limit, or discontinue free tools at any time.

6. Payments and plans

Paid plans, if offered, may include recurring charges. Prices, included features, limits, and renewal terms will be shown before purchase or inside the billing flow.

Unless required by law or stated in a separate refund policy, fees already paid are non-refundable. You can stop future renewals by canceling before the next billing date.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use Recasto to create spam, deceptive campaigns, unlawful content, malware, harassment, hate, sexual exploitation, privacy violations, or content that infringes someone else's rights.

Do not attempt to reverse engineer, overload, scrape, disrupt, or bypass limits on the service.

8. Third-party services

Recasto may link to or integrate with third-party platforms, payment providers, social networks, analytics tools, or file services. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices.

We are not responsible for third-party services, but we will try to make integrations clear when they affect your account or content.

9. Intellectual property

Recasto and its software, design, branding, logos, workflows, and documentation are owned by Recasto or its licensors.

You may not copy, resell, or redistribute the service itself without permission. This does not limit your rights in your own uploaded materials or reviewed outputs.

10. Disclaimers and limits

Recasto is provided as a productivity and marketing assistance service. We do not guarantee that generated content will increase sales, reach, engagement, search ranking, or platform approval.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Recasto is provided without warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for a specific purpose.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Recasto will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

11. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms as the service changes. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
